据金十报道，5 月 30 日晚间，胜宏科技披露股票交易异动公告称，近期投资者对 GPU 加速卡、AI 服务器等市场热点关注度较高。公司已为多家北美大客户提供 PCB，主要下游应用多为数据中心、人工智能、游戏、专业视觉、汽车、医疗等领域。公司现已推出多款高阶 HDI、高频高速 PCB 等多款 AI 服务器相关产品，目前新增产品对公司未来可产生的经济效益和对公司业绩的影响暂时无法估计。
