根据 Display Supply Chain Consultants 首席执行官 Ross Young 的一条推文，苹果传闻中的混合现实设备可能具有极其高的像素密集和明亮的显示屏，他过去曾分享过有关苹果产品的准确信息。Young 表示，AR / VR 头显将配备两块 1.41 英寸 Micro OLED 屏幕，每块屏幕有 4000 ppi，它们将提供超过 5000 尼特的亮度。他在后续推文中说，每只眼睛能看到 4K 分辨率的内容。
