531993 号段 nobepay 虚拟信用卡充了 500 chatgpt 普通账号几个，昨晚到现在注册好几个了 sms-activate.org 账号 余额之前用支付宝充值的 两个不同的 VPN
情况说明:
买了一个美国野鸡服务器，win 系统远程桌面 chatgpt 能注册能使用，到支付环节就提示 “您的信用卡被拒绝了，请尝试用借记卡支付”，试了 N 次都不行
一个阿里云的美国服务器，这个 5.31 也就是刚刚才买的，结果直接进不去 chatgpt ，ip 都被禁了，换了几个 ip 都是一样被禁的提示
本地谷歌无痕窗口 chatgpt 能注册能使用，一直也是到支付环节就提示 “您的信用卡被拒绝了，请尝试用借记卡支付” 两个 vpn 都换了 n 次 ip 一样被提示
相同的操作 sms-activate.org 使用信用卡也支付不了 提示 “你的卡已被拒绝。”
到底是 ip 问题 还是 nobepay 的问题?
