群联发布 PCIe 5.0 SSD 主控 E31T，最高读写 10.5GB/s|芯片|ssd|低功耗|pcie|固态硬盘_网易订阅
IT之家 5 月 29 日消息，SSD 主控芯片制造商群联电子在今年 Computex 2023 台北电脑展期间推出基于 7nm 工艺打造的低功耗 PCIe 5.0 无 DRAM SSD 主控芯片 PS5031-E31T。

据介绍，搭载 E31T 主控的 SSD 最高读写性能将达到 10.5GB/s，是一款兼具性能与功耗的 PCIe 5.0 SSD 储存方案。
IT之家还注意到，群联同时也发布了基于 12nm 打造的 PCIe 4.0 无 DRAM SSD 主控 PS5027-E27T，其最高读取速度为 7400 MB/s，最高写入速度为 6400 MB/s。群联认为，这两款主控将满足不同 PC OEM 伙伴客户的需求。
群联 CEO 潘健成指出，群联新款主控芯片已经送样客户并准备量产，预计最快今年下半年就有搭载群联新款主控的 SSD 产品上市。
