求助：谷歌账号两步验证无法验证

事件起因：手持 iPhone 13 pro,系统版本本来是 iOS 15.4,想安装 chatgpt app ，然而 chatgpt app 最低要求
iOS 16.1 ，所以升级了手机系统到 iOS 16.5 ，升级后发现面容 ID 识别率非常低下，然后我就打算重新设置面容 ID
试试，结果面容 ID 一直卡在“将 iphone 移低一点” ，
我手机没有修过，本以为是系统 bug ，然后就打算降级到 iOS15.4 看看，然后就按照网上的教程恢复 iPhone ，降级
到了 16.4 （ 15.4 的降级已经关闭），然而我却忘记了备份手机，以前电脑也没有备份过。傻了，手机东西全没了，
iCloud 也没同步过，因为只有 5G 存储空间，所以之前把它关闭了。网上查了一下，一直出现“将 iphone 移低一点”
可能是面容 ID 相关的某些元件出了问题。
到了正题：
这个谷歌账号不常用，是以前买 Google voice 送的，开启了两步验证，两步验证的手机号码是 Google voice ，
因为没有在其他设备上登录过，所以也收不到 gmail,也收不到 Google voice 的短信😂。
我该怎么办，这个 Google voice 绑定了不少东西。
