冷数据盘，顾名思义，就是数据只备份，很少读取，我称之为为冷盘。（业内有名字的话请忽略。
提供这种服务，大概是这么个意思，
- 每个用户提供 1G 左右热数据缓存，到阈值后写入磁带备份。
- 或者直接要求用户把文件打包，一次上传，直接存入磁带。
用户需要读取的时候，根据需要操作的复杂度，付出一定报酬。当然，也可以是其他的合理的商业模式。
这样可以直接备份几十 G 微信聊天记录了。真正需要的时候再导出
