Hi there,
What exactly have you modified in the APK to make it run faster?

Hi there,
What exactly have you modified in the APK to make it run faster?
Basically I've looked into every single smali file containing framework public resources (hex ids) and I changed them match the ZL fw ones.
It isn't easy to explain, but in short... that was it!

I've noticed my SystemUI on the z3c to run a bit slow(for example it takes over 2 seconds to bring up the running apps dialog and the icon's fade animation is really laggy).Basically I've looked into every single smali file containing framework public resources (hex ids) and I changed them match the ZL fw ones.
It isn't easy to explain, but in short... that was it!
Will doing this help such problems?

10x a lot man!
You are the best!
But something is wrong. After applying of you theme nothing happens. Only the wallpaper changes.
I still have the old semitransparent white background Google Search Bar.
Also the navigation buttons still are old stock
I restarted my phone - soft restart and full restart.
I cleared Home data also but nothing.
Any suggestions!?!?
Edit: I found in your AndroidManifest.xml the following:
<runtime-skin version="1">
<asset path="com.sonymobile.experienceflow2.zip" target="com.sonymobile.experienceflow2">
<laf-version-filter from="1" to="1"/>
</asset>
<asset path="com.sonyericsson.uxp.zip" target="com.sonyericsson.uxp">
<laf-version-filter from="1" to="1"/>
</asset>
<asset path="com.android.systemui.zip" target="com.android.systemui">
<laf-version-filter from="1" to="2"/>
</asset>
<asset path="com.sonyericsson.home.zip" target="com.sonyericsson.home">
<laf-version-filter from="1" to="2"/>
</asset>
</runtime-skin>
As a rule I know how to modify my Home.apk and what to change in drawable-xxhdpi and drawable-land-xxhdpi folders to change the background of the Google Search Bar but my phone is nonrooted and I can't change the Home.apk with new one

Here is the port of Z3 lastest 4.4.4 SystemUI.apk running on top of our 4.4.4 - 10.5.1.A.0.283 firmware.
I have ported it for my personal use, but I have also noticed that it runs much more smoother than our current one, so why not to share it?
Feel free to use it on your custom rom build, just give me proper credits for that!! ( also to @niaboc79 )
I have changed every resource hex id into smali bowels to match our 4.4.4 - 10.5.1.A.0.283 framework, so running it outside mentioned firmware version may fail.
