Google Play 版的 Wechat 申请手机文件访问权限的时候只申请了“仅允许访问媒体文件”，导致无法传送 pdf 、docx 等文件，这种现象估计是安卓 11 以后才出现的，请问有没有什么解决方法？能不能手动赋予 WeChat 访问所有文件的权限？
