🔹WorkDrive Snap: Easily record your screen, along with audio and video, right within the WorkDrive app and share your recording with your team.

🔹OTP authentication for external share links: Enable OTP authentication when sharing sensitive information with your clients or external partners.

🔹Manage shared items: Take control of shared data in your WorkDrive account. View a list of all shared items and track file activity from a central location.

🔹Bridge the collaboration gap with your clients: External users can securely access, download, and add comments, replies, and @mentions to files, even if they don't have a WorkDrive account. 🔹Transfer ownership of files and folders: Admins can transfer ownership of files and folders from one user's My Folders to another user on the team.

🔹Simplify file navigation with a tree-based view: Our new tree-based navigation option gives you a bird's eye view of your file hierarchy, so you can easily navigate to your desired file or folder in WorkDrive.

🔹Revise comments on files: Easily correct typos or errors and clarify your message—without having to delete and rewrite your comments.

🔹Work faster with hotkeys: Don't waste time navigating menus! Use keyboard shortcuts to copy, paste, and move your files.

🔹Share WorkDrive files in a "Cliq": Select and share WorkDrive files right from your Zoho Cliq chat window.

🔹Save your emails in WorkDrive: Securely save copies of all your Zoho Mail emails in your WorkDrive account.

🔹Get organized with the Bigin integration: WorkDrive's integration with Bigin gives you access to the new File Cabinets feature. This feature gives you a dedicated, centralized space where you can manage all files associated with individual clients.
