Hi Experts,
My client wants the YTM LOP days availed to be printed on payslip. I've captured FTM LOP days availed using custom wage type in table T554C. Since there is no quota for LOP days, I'm stuck with how to cumulate the LOP days taken in a year. Pl. guide me if possible with a PCR in detail.
For example, if an employee takes 1 LOP in Apr and 2 LOP in May then in May month payslip FTM LOP days must show as 2 and YTM LOP days must show as 3.
Is your Payroll Period Monthly?
You could create 2 "Information WTs", one for the month's LOP (FTM LOP) and one for the Year to Date's LOP (FTY LOP), and configure them to be printed on your Remuneration Statement.
In Time Evaluation, create a PCR to generate WT FTM LOP for the month's LOP, and transfer that info to Payroll through Table ZL.
In Payroll, create a PCR to transfer WT FTM LOP to RT, and then to add the current Month's number to the preceding pay's FTY LOP in order to create this month's FTY LOP's WT (and transfer it to RT).
Yes Sir, Payroll period is Monthly.
I've added the FTM LOP wage type in table T554C and it reflects in RT table.
I will create one more wage type for FTY LOP. Could you pl. help me with PCR for adding FTM LOP days to preceeding FTY LOP, as I'm new to PCR's.
