从45nm弯道超车2nm 日本重振半导体：拜会七大巨头求合作

5月18日消息，40多年前日本还是全球半导体一哥，甚至逼得Intel都退出内存市场转向CPU，但是最近20多年来日本半导体衰落了，尤其是先进逻辑工艺上，国内能产的只到45nm级别。
但是2022年日本丰田、索尼、瑞萨等8家公司成立了Rapidus公司，主要从事先进工艺研发，而且一下子瞄准未来的2nm工艺，最快2025年试产，2027年则要大规模量产，进度比业界最快的台积电、三星只慢了一两年而已。
从45nm工艺直接跃进到2nm工艺，日本这一波要弯道超车了。
为了实现这个目标，日本政府不仅巨额补贴Rapidus公司，同时还积极拉拢全球半导体公司投资、合作， 这两天就邀请了主要的7家芯片巨头会谈。
