Hello everybody!

💡 How I came up with the idea for this app ?

I started keeping track of my expenses a few years ago but all the apps that I used missed one essential thing that I was looking for: adding different categories for the same expense. As an example: If I go on a vacation and have lunch at the restaurant, I want that expense to appear in the [food] category but also in the [vacation] category.

What does Expense Manager app have compared to other money tracking apps ?

🏷️ Uses labels instead of categories: - You can add multiple labels for the same transaction - A label can have child labels (e.g. Bread is a child label of Food) - Type-ahead suggestions when adding labels to transactions

🔍 See how much you spent of anything you want, by filtering transactions that contain a given label. You can see how much you spent on food but you can also see how much you spent on pizza if you want.

⚙️ Other features available: - 100+ currencies with automatic conversion - Up to 4 accounts having different currencies - Monthly spending charts - Automatic backup to Google Drive

🗣️ Available languages: - English 🇬🇧 - Spanish 🇪🇸 - German 🇩🇪 - French 🇫🇷 - Portuguese 🇵🇹 - Romanian 🇷🇴

In the future I'm planning to add other features and languages. What other features or languages do you think I should add next ?

I love the logo, expense management is the first step to do budgeting. I am wondering if there is a bank connecting feature where you can pull the data from existing bank account and organize them in different categories.
@kenlian Thanks for your feedback. Currently there is no feature to connect to your bank account, but it is on the list of upcoming features if the app gains some traction. Being able to import transactions would make life easier for users. However AFAIK on most bank account exports you don't actually see what exactly you spent money on. You just see that you spent 100$ to supermarket X, without knowing the details of what exactly you bought.
This adorable app would be really helpful to me in managing my finances. Thanks @adi_neag
