We found that the way to communicate and receive requests across different Airbnb locations was not efficient. There was no easy-to-use solution that allowed for notifications, clear communication, and management of tasks so we setout to make that workflow and built Supplymate.io. As we built our prototypes it became apparent this problem was NOT just unique to Airbnbs. Getting a request of fulfil a product at multiple locations was an issue in Autoshops and for breweries - this was the 'Aha' moment that we were on to something.
We figured out the top issues all these businesses were facing: 1. No notifications when a request is made 2. Quickly identifying what location/ customer needed attention 3. A clear request for the product or service
With simplicity at the heart of our mission we have tried to solve all of these problems that business owners are facing and embody that in our product. This is why our software guides you through the creation of your request QR Codes and when scanned a simple button prompt is presented to the requestee, simple for both parties.
