What's better? Shizuku or Sui?

Sui is basically shizuku standalone module right? But then why should I use the shizuku app with start on boot, when Sui is the same, but doesn't need to run in the background? If someone can explain this for me, in a way that even I (an android noob) could understand it I would highly appreciate it.
