索尼 WH-xm4 右耳啸叫...

起因是 xm4 原厂外皮太破了（用了三年）淘宝买了个 50 块钱的换上了，之后右耳就在降噪模式下一只发出高频声音，还非常大，就算不叫的时候右耳也有很大的风声。😭
现在有如下方案：
买一个新的降噪耳机
看了下 xm5 ，感觉提升很小，还贵，其他品牌还不太了解，xm3 不知道降噪怎么样
京东海外购买的，不知道还能不能修
求教各位有没有其他可以平替的选择或者维修方式，本人主要在写代码时带着，降噪是刚需，音质好就更好了
