Official is officially supported by LineageOS and is updated weekly (nightly build) and it usually stable, Unofficial are not updated as weekly as official LineageOS, they may contain stuff not allowed in official LineageOS like device spoof on Google app, use custom kernel instead of pref+, other customizations, depends on the builder, Unofficial build will be stable without errors or opposite. They are not as stable as official

I have a new question : do you know where i can find help to choose between lineageos unofficial (which i historically knew.. but is unofficial...), or evolutionX official or voltageOS official , etc...
