在绝对速度和绝对容量上，SSD早已甩开机械硬盘N个身位。
而就在本月于深圳举办的中国闪存市场峰会期间，三星表示，3D NAND的物理缩放技术、逻辑缩放技术和封装技术正在发生变化，
预计未来十年单颗SSD容量可高达1PB（1PB=1024TB）。
同时，三星还在研究通过更智能的QLC用法，推动QLC技术成为主流。
据悉，目前在3D闪存堆叠方面，三星已经做到236层，铠侠212层，美光232层，SK海力士更是做到238层。
