根据内部备忘录，Facebook母公司Meta Platforms计划减少向部分员工发放的奖金额度，并将更频繁地评估员工表现。Meta在备忘录中向经理们告知，在2023年年终评估中被评为“符合大部分预期”的员工将获得2024年3月到期的较小比例奖金和受限的股票奖励。公司正将员工绩效评估的频率转回一年两次。备忘录显示，Meta计划在当地时间周二在整个公司层面召开高管会议讨论这些变化，拟于当地时间周四向员工宣布。
