stackoverflow 没法提问题

我的号平时很少提问题，最近只提问了一次，大部分是好久以前提的，也很少人回复，一般有回复不管对错我都会跟回。今天遇到个问题想提一下，结果发现提不了问题。
- 显示这样：
- 我的号 republican 差不多 100 ，好久以前提的问题被标记过两次 unclear,不知道 so 是怎么定义 improvement 的，很少人回复？难道就是我提的问题有问题吗？另外大部分问题都是好久前提的了，现在修改感觉也没用，而且好几个问题后面找到解决方式，我都会跟进在问题的回复里。
- 不知道是不是跟我前几天改名字有关系
- 大佬们，遇到过类似的问题吗？
