美国 PCAOB：加密储备证明不是审计，不能提供“有意义的保证”
3 月 8 日，美国上市公司会计监督委员会（PCAOB）表示，加密交易所的储备证明审查不是审计，不遵守任何特定标准，将储备金作为公司免受财务挤兑保护的证据的报告并不能提供“有意义的保证”。PCAOB 称这些资产验证只是一个简单的快照，“不涉及加密实体的负债、数字资产持有者的权利和义务，或者加密实体是否借用了资产以使其看起来有足够的抵押品”。
