Nicereply Website Pop-up Surveys
Get real-time feedback on your website's user experience
Hello Product Hunt 👋
At Nicereply, we are committed to better serving our customers and potential customers. The same goal motivated us to develop a brand new feature - website pop-up surveys - a few months ago. This new distribution channel has finally been launched after weeks of hard work and testing, and we are looking for professionals to try it and provide valuable feedback. 🚀 So if you're looking for a way to get more out of your website or software, why not give it a shot?
So, what can you achieve with Nicereply website pop-up surveys?
✅ Improve the usability of your site and increase conversions
🛠️ In-app/web experience optimization & reduced customer churn
⛔️ Identify & analyze the barriers that prevent customers from purchasing
✉️ Find out what visitors think about specific web pages (such as pricing or blogs)
🔍 Identify new content ideas and user education opportunities
As this is just the beginning for us, we are looking for amazing users who will help us improve this feature and make it one of the best options available on the market! This is an excellent opportunity for CX professionals, marketers, and product managers to improve their knowledge and obtain new customer insights.
Anything that helps companies learn more about their customers with less friction, I'm 100% for! Congratulations on the launch.
One question with regard to NPS, which is so often misappropriated. Do you have any plans for education around how to use the measure internally once it's recorded? Also, calling out some of the pitfalls in sampling biases etc. ?
As a product manager, I can understand the importance of this tool. Looks promising.
Congratulations on your launch!
