新浪科技讯 北京时间2月15日下午消息，据报道，知情人士今日称，美国生鲜配送平台Instacart正准备推出一个为小企业量身定做的平台，向零售巨头亚马逊(100.215, 0.52, 0.52%)和沃尔玛(145.6, 0.11, 0.08%)发起挑战。
该知情人士称，Instacart正在开发的新平台被称为“Instacart Business”，主要面向小企业用户，将展示一系列精心挑选的物品，如办公用品、清洁产品和零食等。
分析人士称，此举有助于Instacart将其业务拓展到家庭杂货配送以外的领域，从而在IPO（首次公开招股）前拓展营收源。目前，Instacart正在筹备IPO事宜。
昨日有报道称，Instacart一直在更新IPO文件，一旦市场状况好转，可能会推进上市进程。
