本周发布的新机三星Galaxy S23系列，独占首发了骁龙8 Gen 2 for Galaxy专版处理器，在依然由台积电代工的前提下，CPU主频从3.2GHz提升到3.36GHz，GPU频率从680MHz提升到719MHz。
理论上这意味着更好的性能释放，但实际测试成绩却与预想有些出入，证明三星的调教还有空间。
GeekBench 5中， 三星S23 Ultra多核表现输给了红魔8 Pro，落后5%左右；单核虽然实现反超，但依然明显输给iPhone 14 Pro Max上的A16处理器。
安兔兔中，S23 Ultra也没有战胜标准版骁龙8 Gen2的红魔8 Pro。
