上周的财报会议上，Intel确认2023年会推出14代酷睿，代号Meteor Lake，只不过发布时间从之前的上半年延期到了下半年。
14代酷睿可以说是Intel处理器的一次飞跃，因为它不仅会首发Intel 4及EUV工艺，同时架构也会大改， 并首次在桌面级x86中引入小芯片设计，首次使用多芯片整合封装 ，CPU、核显、输入输出等各自独立，制造工艺也不尽相同。
Meteor Lake的CPU Tile模块是Intel 4工艺生产的，IOE Tile以及SoC Tile模块则是台积电6nm工艺生产的，Graphics Tile显卡模块则是台积电5nm工艺生产，还有个Base Tile则是Intel自家的22nm工艺生产。
在14代酷睿上，Intel做到了5个芯片合一，融合了4种不同的逻辑工艺。
