米哈游起诉《原神》内鬼泄密 获赔15000元

近日上海米哈游天命科技有限公司与施某侵害作品信息网络传播权纠纷一审民事判决书公开。
文书显示，施某于2021年4月发布了1个视频，名称为“ 【原神】枫原万叶雷火冰水四大元素大招炫酷展示-4K60帧纯享版”，时长为4分钟，发布12小时内播放量为12.5万，点赞3368次，转发4498次。
此外， 在本案施某发布涉案侵权视频期间，“原神”1.6版本仅在公司内部进行测试，未公开招募玩家参与测试。
法院认为，施某侵害了米哈游公司对“枫原万叶”游戏角色形象享有的著作权权利，应依法承担赔偿损失的侵权责任。
