My name is Svetha, and I’m the Portfolio Manager for SAP Service Cloud related topics within the  SAP Customer Experience Product Learning team.

As you all know, we at SAP Learning are working on digitally transforming our platform and content. To achieve this, our team has been working intensively for the last few months to get our Digital First, Role- Based E-Learning course titled   “Use SAP Service Cloud”  published to our new learning platform.

Target Audience:  Business Users

 In this course you will learn how to use the different features and functions of SAP Service         Cloud. This includes how a service agent performs her/his daily tasks in addition to topics such as steps in customer service and field service process, use of work distribution rules and service level agreements and more. This is a Beginner level course.

This course is free for all. These courses will help you learn easily in self-paced manner, not only with text and graphical information, but also with SAP Enable Now simulations and walkthroughs.

 You can take your time and pace to review everything and move along the curated content we have prepared for you.

  After completing this course and answering all the quiz questions correctly, you earn a Record of Achievement for yourself!     

Who are these E-Learning courses for?

• • • Are you a Service Agent or any other Business User using SAP Service Cloud and want to know how you can perform your daily tasks like managing customer interactions?

• • • Do you want to learn about SAP Service Cloud but want to learn it in your own time and pace?

I’d say if you have answered “Yes” to either of the questions above, you’ve come to the right place. Being E-Learning’s, these courses allow you to gain the required knowledge from the comfort of your own space.
