爱马仕经典 Birkin 手提包 NFT 商标侵权案将于下周一开庭
据彭博社报道，爱马仕针对数字艺术家 Mason Rothschild 的 NFT 商标侵权案将于下周一（1 月 30 日）开庭。据悉，爱马仕在一年前向美国纽约南区地方法院提起诉讼，认为 Mason Rothschild 推出并销售的“MetaBirkin”NFT 违反了商标法，因为相关 NFT 数字图像均基于爱马仕最经典的 Birkin 手提包创作。
