Thanks to an anonymous source, I got some specs of the "tangorpro". The unit, as tested, had 8GB of Samsung LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of Kioxia UFS storage.

Additionally the device has a FPC side fingerprint reader.

The display on the device is a 2560x1600 CSoT "ppa957db2d" with a RT4539 LED driver.

RT4539 is a 6-channel LED driver, typically used for driving the backlight layer on LCDs, which means that the Pixel Tablet most likely doesn't have an OLED screen, unlike other Pixel devices.

I have also been provided with a few photos of the device.

If you ever find yourself in possession of an unreleased device (especially by Google) and would like to leak some information, anonymously or not, I'm more than happy to help. Feel free to DM me on twitter, I'll respond as soon as possible!
One thing that you definitely shouldn't be doing is posting any identifying information about the device, like the IMEI or Serial Number. If you can, fully disconnect the device from internet, so Google can't remotely brick it.
One more thing, I thought this was already known, but apparently not: there are indeed two docks for the Pixel Tablet, according to my source - korlan/K6 and yuzu/Y4. One of them has a speaker while the other only supports charging.

So, still no cellular support? *Sighs
