爱奇艺宣布完成增发交易
爱奇艺（NASDAQ：IQ）于1月19日宣布完成7,650万美国存托股（ADS）增发交易，发行定价为每ADS 5.90美元。本次发行附有不超过1,147.5万股ADS的30天超额配售权。假设承销商不行使超额配售权，此次交易共募集资金净额为4.423亿美元。
