禾赛科技递交招股书拟赴美上市 股票代码“HSAI”

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）1月18日 消息:1月17日，禾赛科技向美国证监会（SEC）提交招股书，拟在美国纳斯达克上市。代码为“HSAI”。

招股书显示，2019年至2022年前9个月，禾赛科技实现营业收入分别为3.48亿元、4.16亿元、7.21亿元、7.93亿元。

据悉，禾赛科技是上海禾赛科技有限公司注册品牌，是全球自动驾驶及高级辅助驾驶（ADAS）激光雷达的品牌，

禾赛的客户包括全球主流自动驾驶公司和顶级汽车厂商、一级供应商、机器人公司等，遍及全球40个国家、90多个城市。公司累计获得包括小米、美团、博世、百度、光速、高瓴、CPE、启明等机构超过5亿美元的融资。
