“强一半导体”获得正心谷等机构新一轮战略融资

近日，“强一半导体”获得正心谷新一轮战略融资，本轮融资由正心谷、联和资本、复星、光谷产投、诺华资本、君海创芯等多家机构共同投资。据介绍，强一半导体主要从事研发、设计、制造和组装半导体测试解决方案产品，包括MEMS，RF等高端探针卡产品。目前，公司正在研发3DMEMS探针卡和RF探针卡等产品。
瑞银(UBS.US)董事长Colm Kelleher在周六发表的采访中表示，瑞银无意收购瑞信(CS.US)。Kelleher表示，他关注的是有机增长，而不是收购和扩大在美国的业务，并排除了收购这家陷入困境的银行的任何举措。（新浪财经）
