人在墙外，车牌是几年前摇上的（天津蓝牌）。 现在牌子挂在了一辆老车上，放在我爸单位一个旮旯里，我爸每过几个月帮忙打理一下。 最近放车的地方要腾开了，不知道哪里还能长期放一辆车（低成本），在考虑把车处理掉，不想再给我爸添麻烦了。 想问问如果没有车了，还有什么方式可以保住车牌吗？谢谢
