当你拿到新买的手机首先会做什么？是贴膜、晒朋友圈还是同步备份？相信不少人会选择先把手机自带且用不上的预装App卸载，不过，这些App中也有不少是你没有权限卸载的，十分糟心。
根据工信部、国家网信办通告，
2023年1月1日起，生产企业应确保移动智能终端中除基本功能软件外的预置应用软件均可卸载，
并提供安全便捷的卸载方式供用户选择。
基本功能软件限于以下范围：
一、操作系统基本组件：系统设置、文件管理；
