That’s how Peers was born!

What is Peers community?

Peers is an embedded community platform designed specifically for e-commerce. It’s the place where your website visitors would have the option to ask questions from non-other than your loyal customers. Your customers have plenty of experience using your products so why not have your potential buyers benefit from them?

How it works

1-We integrate with your current review collection app. Once your customer leaves a review through your current solution, they will be asked whether or not they would like to join the community and enjoy its benefits. Once they accept their review will appear on our community widget on the product page.

2-Now once a new user visits that product page they will see the review on our embedded widget and will have the option to interact with that post using the browser without needing to install any application.

3-As soon as someone replies to the visitor’s question they will be notified via a text message and will be forwarded to the community page where they can continue the conversation or more importantly purchase the product right then and there without needing to leave the community page.
