荣耀回应借壳上市传闻：谣言不实 当前聚焦产品创新

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）12月6日 消息:据中新经纬消息，针对“借壳上市传闻”，荣耀方面回应称，有关荣耀借壳上市谣言不实。荣耀一直坚持公开透明的发展原则，也会持续多元化股权结构。当前荣耀聚焦产品创新，更好的服务全球消费者。

此前，针对上述消息，多家上市公司也相继进行了否认。

英飞拓方面回应称，没有收到相关消息，有消息会及时公告。深城交方面表示，荣耀没有借壳深城交上市。而波导股份也表示，与荣耀手机不存在任何形式的合作，不存在荣耀手机借壳上市事项。

今年4月，有报道称，荣耀考虑2022年在国内上市，筹资450亿美元。当时，荣耀方面否认称，信息不属实。
