“辣条第一股”卫龙启动招股：刚刚半年亏损2.6亿元

近日， 卫龙美味全球控股有限公司在港交所发布公告，拟向全球发售9639.7万股股份。
其中在香港发售股份963.98万股，发售价10.4-11.4港元（最多将10.40港元下调10%），预计于12月15日在港交所挂牌交易，股票代码为9985。
另外，国际发售股份8675.72万股，还有15%超额配股权。
按照卫龙的说法，募资的57%用于扩大和升级生产设施与供应链体系，以提高产能、仓储管理和产品质量；15%用于进一步拓展销售和经销网络；10%用于品牌建设：10%用于产品研发活动以及提升研发能力；8%用于推进业务的数智化建设。
