Hi Team
I have the Note 9 SM-N960F from australia , I am not able to put into recovery mode and neither I can flash it to any ROM, please help me to find the solution for this . It boots to FRP locked enabled Binary thing. Please assist .

On a locked device, you can't install any other ROM, than stock update.

- First, you need to open the Settings menu and remove the screen lock security feature.
- In the same menu find the Accounts option and Google account you are logging in on your device with, and remove it. On some phones, the removal option might be hidden behind the three dots in the top right corner of the screen. If you have a few active accounts, make sure that you remove them one by one until none is left.

the problem is that its not going to settings as well. It just restarts to the red message that says binary lock
