英国监管机构调查博通对VMware的收购案
据《华尔街日报》报道，英国竞争和市场管理局（Competition and Markets Authority）周一表示，正在调查博通对VMware的收购案。该机构表示，将在12月6日之前征集意见，以确定这笔收购是否会导致竞争的减少。今年5月，博通表示计划以610亿美元的现金加股票收购VMware。
