13p 的 Face ID 突然坏掉了

昨天下午突然不能用面部解锁了，以为是换了个发型手机不认识我了，就去设置把原来的面容去掉，准备重新录入一个，录的时候一直提示将 iPhone 下移一点，再过会就弹窗说 Face ID 不可用
联系电话客服结论是应该硬件坏了，还好买了 ac+，不然现在就是过保一个月的状态了，修个 Face ID 怕是要大出血，也不知道现在 ac+政策是维修还是直接换新。
突然想到不管暂时换备用机还是修好 /换新继续用都要同步一堆聊天记录以及要 app 要一个一个下载然后登录，感觉真的好麻烦
