11月17日讯，腾讯在港交所发布公告称， 董事会已决议根据2019年计划就于2022年3月向不少于6600位奖励人士授予的奖励发行合共935.09万股奖励股份。
目前腾讯控股股价为292港元，自上月最低点反弹48%。
按6600人计算，平均每人能获得41.4万港元，约合人民币37.8万元。
此次发行的目的旨在嘉许奖励人士所作出的贡献并吸引及挽留本集团持续经营及发展所需的人才。 本次股份发行不需要取得任何股东的进一步批准。
根据公告，腾讯公司将向受托人发行及配发的新股份，占公司截至2022年11月16日的已发行股份约0.0976%以及公司经配发后扩大的已发行股份约0.0975%。新股份在发行及缴足股款后，彼此将享有同等权益，及与配发新股份当时的已发行股份享有同等权益。
