Technical Academies

What is it ”Workshop-in-a-box”
Primary audience

Technology focused

(e.g. CTO’s, architects, developers, DBA’s etc.)

What’s included

•Technical landscape

•Hands-on exercises – Workbooks

•Kick-off presentation

Duration 1-5 hours per Academy
Instructor requirement Yes (Academies are partner-led, no SAP involvement)
Example use cases

•Run internal workshops to upskill your consultants

•Run customer facing workshops to let your customers get an in-depth understanding of SAP BTP

Availability Max duration of 3 weeks (excluding 7 days pre-Academy access for Instructors)
Users Max number of 50 users (Requests for Academies with more users by contacting [email protected] )

What’s included Technical landscape which utilizes a user interface technology from Userlane that shows exactly what to do and where to click in the product, along with explanations and descriptions of each action and feature
Duration 30 – 45 mins per guided experience
Instructor requirement Self service
Example use cases Self service guided tour to understand product capabilities
Availability Max duration of 30 days
