最近要装机，看了一圈硬件相关的信息，得出了个结论

先说结论：近期（今年双 11 、甚至双 12 ）都不适合装机，我为这个结论负责。
我的需求：做设计、达芬奇、网游、偶尔 3A.
-----理由-----
板+u:不得不承认 13 代很强，但是目前刚上市价格比正常价格贵了 1000 左右（正常价格一般 i7 在 2500 多，i5 在 1500 左右） z690 主板目前对 13 代发挥不出全部性能； 5800x3d 无核显适合从 zen3 升级的老平台，新装机还是上 13 代（游戏和生产力都更好）。
显卡：买矿卡的话矿难才 1 个多月，价格还没到底部；买新卡的话，4060/4070 还没出，这个节点买 30 系不出半年就要被背刺，出二手也是大放血。
电源：以后新显卡接口很可能都是 atx3.0 ，现在还没大范围更新支持。
其他：正常价格
以上前提是想尽可能省钱，有钱老板直接 4090 、13900k 不用看我的，如果一定要配，我选择 5800x3d 和 22 年出场的 3070ti 矿
