Hello everyone. The firmware failed. Now there is only a logo and a fastbut screen, it does not load into the recovery, it does not accept a flash drive. Does anyone know how to connect to the sp flash tool?

You have a head unit on the platform G6-TS, under what brand you bought it, it doesn’t matter. And you now have the latest firmware, if it works stably, it makes no sense to look for a new one.

Yes I have the latest firmware (v36) but it doesn't work at all on my device, the Android Auto is now really degraded compared to the previous version so I'm really disapointed. And my problem is I can't downgrade the firmware, it doesn't work.... I would like to install the v25 but it sounds like the system understand it's a previous version so it refuses to installit.
And I don't how to force it...
