法拉第未来的执行董事长苏珊·斯文森 (Susan Swenson)在北京时间10月8日正式宣布卸任，而随后根据协议FF创始人贾跃亭率FF合伙人公司成功重组上市公司董事会，再次接手法拉第未来。
FF在一份声明中表示，公司引入新资金的努力受到了“完全没有根据的虚假指控”的影响，一些董事为了个人利益寻求公司破产，这导致了诉讼，最终高管层引咎辞职，自去年IPO之后，以上四名都市借故启动了内部调查，成立了特别委员会，通过调查和整改，让Sue Swenson成为执行董事长，掌握了公司经营的最高决策权，另外三人也在核心岗位上任职，但他们毫无行业经验，是导致FF如今困境的主因。
