微信更换了 gv 号之后，为什么 callkit 不生效呢？

更换成了 google voice 也提示了数据迁移，也重新登陆了，消息通知也能打开，但是 callkit 还是不能用，还是需要解锁屏幕进入微信才能接听。有没有知道的
