阿里股东大会召开 张勇等六人以高支持率当选董事
9月30日晚，阿里巴巴集团年度股东大会在线上举行。
投票结果显示，张勇以93.1%的高支持率再次当选董事，反映出今天面临诸多大环境不确定及挑战下，股东对阿里巴巴及张勇的充分信心和信任。
本届股东大会之后，阿里巴巴集团董事会成员构成进一步更新：11名董事中，6名为独立董事，占比55%，女性董事增至3名，公司治理持续取得积极进展。
