本人 win nas 上挂 PT ，然后 n2n 内网穿透访问共享，主要问题是 qbittorrent 上传满速时，通过 n2n 的远程桌面都很卡，播放视频更不行。n2n 是工作在 p2p 模式，也排除了 udp 的 QoS ，确定是 qbittorrent 抢走了所有带宽，windows 自带的组策略 QoS 也试过不顶用。所以想问下有没有这种调整网络优先级的软件，收费的看到有个 Netlimiter ，有没有开源免费的替代品？
