“续冬诗歌翻译奖”设立暨第一届征稿启事
2021年8月22日，诗人、学者、诗歌翻译者胡续冬去世。
一年后，2022年8月22日，基于胡续冬生前学术志趣和家属意愿，“续冬诗歌翻译奖”设立，由北京大学湖北校友会募资，胡续冬亲友及他在北京大学的好友同人组织协办。
奖项旨在奖励全国在读高校生（包括本科、硕士、博士阶段）的优秀诗歌翻译成果，包括各语种诗歌（拟每届划定特定语种范围），以纪念胡续冬在研究、翻译和讲授外国诗歌方面的杰出贡献，嘉奖年轻人对诗歌译介的热情和投入，推动外国文学和诗歌研究的发展。
第一届“续冬诗歌翻译奖”征稿即日开始，本届征稿范围为西班牙语、葡萄牙语诗歌的中文译文，以纪念胡续冬本人在该领域诗歌译介方面的杰出贡献。
