最近，华为家庭路由的创新功能“Wi-Fi覆盖热力图”，凭借其友好的用户界面设计及实用性，荣获了德国红点品牌&传达设计奖。
通常，用户在日常使用路由器过程中，只要出现网络问题，第一时间都会吐槽路由器质量不好，如Wi-Fi信号差，上网慢，甚至掉线等，路由器常常成为了“背锅侠”。
实际上， 引起网络问题的原因有很多，通常大多数与路由器无关。 用户吐槽路由器的原因，在于家庭网络状态无法直观展现。
