8月12日消息，中式悬疑剧情解谜新作《纸嫁衣4红丝缠》于今日正式上线， 上线时间十分应景，选在了中国传统的农历七月十五“中元节”， 也就是人们常说的“鬼节”。
《纸嫁衣4红丝缠》上线后有大量用户反馈遇到问题，包括无法进入游戏、字幕丢失等。
今日下午，@纸嫁衣 官微回应称：经过纸人工程师的全力抢修，目前已经恢复正常。
官方表示，
无法进入游戏、游戏内字幕丢失的问题已经修复完毕，
部分玩家可通过以下操作解决：卸载游戏—更改手机系统字体为简中—重新安装游戏。
